All of these work - to a point. PlayerLync improves on your current system by keeping all documents within 2 taps on the tablet. The days of cryptically named folders nested 12 directories down are (thankfully) over. You can also annotate documents in PlayerLync and keep your notes to yourself or share with anyone on your team. Creating your own video is also easy to do and share and view - try that with any other content management system.

Better File Sync

A lot of file sharing systems are passive - the files just sit there until you go get them. And when you do go looking for them, they can be difficult to find - was that file in the "December" or "November" folder? Files in the PlayerLync environment are active. All files live on the tablet and are synced automatically - even while the device is in sleep mode. You can set specific times for sync in order to avoid bandwidth or cell data usage. And did we mention that our video compression algorithms can reduce file sizes by up to 97% with no loss of video or audio quality? That makes for some smart syncing.
